This Japanese commercial, starring the instantly recognizable Mr. Tarantino (aka Tara-chan?), has recently been making its rounds on a number of blogs. I am posting it here in the slim hopes that one of our readers will be able to figure out what the hell is going on. My most pressing questions: Why is the dog talking? Why is that lady so angry? Why oh why is Quentin Tarantino so crazy?
