Free Inception Soundtrack Bonus Tracks
I'm definitely of the opinion that the score for Christopher Nolan's Inception is among the best work Hans Zimmer has ever done. Whether you've already purchased the soundtrack, or are still weighing the decision, inceptionscore.com has a treat for you.
Check Out: NIN's New Song for Tetsuo: The Bullet Man
Trent Reznor is hard at work in his new group, How to Destroy Angels. However, it appears NIN isn't quite done, and they're coming back in a really cool way. Specifically, providing the end credits song for mad genius Shinya Tsukamoto's latest film, Tetsuo: The Bullet Man.
Metric's New Song is Our First Peek at the Scott Pilgrim Soundtrack
Bands play a big role in the story and characters of Scott Pilgrim. To get that effect in the soundtrack of the upcoming adaptation, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World, a number of real world musicians have been brought in to be the fictional ones of the comic. Title character Scott Pilgrim's band Sex Bob-omb is having their music conceived by Beck, Crash will be represented by Broken Social Scene, and The Clash at Demonhead will have their's done by one of my favorite groups, Metric.
Avatar Theme Song Online
Earlier in November, it was revealed that James Cameron's upcoming mega-movie, Avatar, will have a closing credits "theme" song titled "I See You" and performed by multiple Grammy Award-nominated singer Leona Lewis. This is a pretty unabashed attempt to further turn Avatar into Cameron's next Titanic, whose Celine Dion theme-song, "My Heart Will Go On," has been basically sung into self-parody. While you can't really blame the man for trying to replicate his previous success, considering just how successful said film and song were, this one is not... good. While it's not as awful as early buzz is making it out to be, it's very 90s, and not in a very good way. Check out the song below.
