Actual Gameplay Footage: EA Sports MMA Teaser

During last night's Strikeforce (which was solid by the way), EA Sports ran a short teaser for their upcoming MMA game. Showing Brett Rogers and Fedor Emelianenko duking it out, I have to say, the footage looks quite good for a work in progress. Seeing Big John in there doesn't hurt either. However, as it will undoubtedly go against the UFC's existing product, I think it will really come down to the rosters. Unless EA really screws up the controls that is, something I do not see them doing considering what a good job THQ did with their's. With a lineup including the likes of Fedor, Bas Rutten, Randy Couture and Cung Le, they're off to a good start. I'm personally crossing my fingers that they can work some deal out with the rest of Sengoku and Dream's fighters. That would be worth a buy.
