This is a Dream Come True: CoD in Real Life

Before you go jumping to any conclusions, no one died in the making of this video.  If they did, they respawned within five seconds after death so it's all good.  I'm pretty sure I've posted freddiw's videos before for you guys and gals, but this most recent one gave me a nerd boner.  Repulsive.  Click after the break to see what I'm talking about.

Jokemon Art Cast Episode 5

The fifth webisode of the Jokemon Art Cast has plenty of art, video games, movies, and dicks.  Seriously, be warned - Shya will probably tell you a little more than you ever wanted to know about his wang.  This week, Kevin, Mako, and Shya talk about Gary's Mod, Resident Evil: Damnation, Minecraft, the new 360 Dashboard, top 10 "sexiest" video game chicks, Microsoft banning "pantsu," CoD: Blops, and fan service.  It gets pretty crazy, but what else would you expect from them?

Black Ops Easter Eggs

So Black Ops came out on Tuesday and other than the awesome multiplayer (I haven't quite gotten around to that story mode yet), Treyarch dropped a few Easter Eggs for players to find.

Jogging With a Geek Ep. 12 - Donkey Kong Returns to Silent Hill to Play CoD on Kinect

I heart long titles. Anway, that pretty much sums up everything I talk about for the next six and a half minutes of your life. If you're into DKCR, Silent Hill, CoD, or Kinect, you should definitely check out the video. If not, you should check it out anyway.  The information contained in this video may save your life some day.  Probably not though.  Video after the break.

Black Ops: There's a Soldier in All of Us Trailer

The newest addition to the Black Ops trailers is...odd.  It doesn't show any gameplay footage or cinematics.  Just people.  Shooting guns.  At each other.  Just as its title implies, apparently there is a soldier in all of us.  Including Kobe, Jimmy Kimmel, and In-N-Out employees.  Check out the "WTF" inducing trailer after the break.

CoD: Black Ops Launch Trailer and Japanese Censors

Black Ops comes out next week.  That is awesome.  So is this trailer.  If you like watching explosions, explosions, and, well, more explosions, you should definitely check out the trailer.  And I guess if you're into the Rolling Stones' "Gimme Shelter," you can listen to that too.  Prizes if you know the president depicted in the video.  psst, there aren't any prizes

CoD: Black Ops IN 3D

YES, OMG 3D LULZ!  But yeah, I'm not joking.  Today Activision announced that Black Ops will be 3D compatible.

Black Ops has Zombies. Surprise!

While I am happy that it was finally confirmed, it's not really new news at this point.  The "Zombies in Black Ops" rumor has been floating around the internet for a few months now and was pretty much proven; we really were just waiting for Treyarch to admit it.

Black Ops Kinda Sorta has Dedicated Servers

...if you're willing to pay for them.  I've never run a dedicated server personally, so I'm not sure how much it costs to run them by yourself, but Treyarch and Activision are saying unless you use GameServers Black Ops Servers, you're shit out of luck.

Dedicated Servers, Modding and Dev Consoles, Oh My

You guys and gals might remember a little game called Modern Warfare 2.  Heck, you might even still be playing it, but do you remember the controversy over the PC version not including dedicated servers?  Yeah, you probably do, especially you PC folk out there.  Well worry no more!  Treyarch announced that along with dedicated servers, Black Ops will allow for mods and dev consoles.
