Japanese 'Monsters University' Trailer Has a Ton of New Footage

A Japanese trailer for Pixar's next, Monsters University, has been released, and there is a lot of new footage. Granted, none of it's in English, but I think the visuals speak for themselves.

Finding Nemo 2 is a go, guys! Fans of the original Pixar film should be excited to know that not only has Ellen DeGeneres signed on to reprise her role as Dory, Albert Brooks has also signed on to reprise his role as Marlin.

'Toy Story 4' is Back in the Rumor Mill

Rumors have been circulating about a possible Toy Story 4 confirmation. Tom Hanks, the loveable actor behind the loveable Woody, sparked rumors last year when he was quoted as saying that he, “[thinks] there will be [a Toy Story 3], yeah ... they’re working on it now." Jorge Luis Balaguera, the entertainment coordinator for Radio Station RCN in Columbia, added to the speculation earlier today by tweeting, "In 2015, Pixar will release Toy Story 4, the voices of Tom Hanks, Tim Allen and Joan Cusack confirmed for the main characters." Whether or not this is true has yet to be confirmed by Pixar.

Get a Better Look at 'Monsters University' in a New Full-Length Trailer

Pixar's big summer movie is fast approaching, and a new trailer has been released to give us a better look at the film. Monsters University follows the familiar duo during their time together at college, their initial rivalvry, and presumably, their eventual friendship.

Retro Reel: Pixar's Cars

Continuing on my animation kick, today I finally watched Pixar’s Cars. This is only one of two films from the studio that I didn’t see in theaters, the second being Cars 2. The trailers didn’t impress nor the word of mouth. I never felt a hole in my heart for having missed the film, unlike the gaping pit in my stomach that plagued me until I finally watched Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket.  But here it was, playing on the Disney Channel and being stuck inside due to a hailstorm I had no excuse not to watch it.

New Concept Art from Pixar's 'The Good Dinosaur,' The Inside Out,' and Dia de los Muertos'

A sneak peak, if you will, of the upcoming film was released last month in the form of a Christmas card sent by Pixar Studios with concept art from the film. The image is simple, yet full of promises of what to expect.

Fan-Made Live Action 'Toy Story' is Cooler Than it Sounds

I'm gonna be honest, when I first heard that someone had re-made Toy Story, shot-for-shot in live action, I was a little skeptical that it would be... well, stupid. But it's here, and it's actually pretty awesome! Get a look for yourself!

Pixar Can Make You Love Anything: First Clip From Their Next Short, 'The Blue Umbrella'

Alright Pixar, you win. Take all my feels forever, it's just simpler this way. A clip from Pixar's next short, which will premiere in full with Monsters University later this year, has appeared online. Surprise, surprise, it's adorable. It also features a very new look for the animation studio: a really interesting mix of cartoonish and nearly photo-real elements. It's worth a look, if nothing else for further proof that Pixar can make anything lovable.
