The Marvel Universe now has another mixed-martial arts fighter appearing in their Phase II universe. Superherohype.com reports that UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre has been cast in Captain America: The Winter Soldier as French kickboxing master Georges Batroc, AKA Batroc the Leaper.
This week, Telltale announced they would be releasing The Walking Dead on the PlayStation Vita sometime this year. As of now, we don't yet know whether or not it will be released in episodes or as a whole package.
DC Comics will be starting a new digital comic book series based on Adam West and Burt Ward's Batman. The comic book will be titled Batman ’66, and will be available on the DC Comics apps through Comixology. Fans can expect Batman ‘66 to have a similar vibe as the original TV show (1966-1968), and feature fan favorite villains like the Joker, Riddler, and Catwoman.
Over the past few weeks, we've been getting a lot of rumors on Iron Man 3's characters, organizations, and even a little on the stinger. With all of that information swirling about on the Interwebs, you'd think Marvel would be clamping down hard on any possible leaks. It seems that Shane Black is no Christopher Nolan though, with both producer Kevin Feige and star Gwyneth Paltrow both spilling some rather large details on the upcoming film. While we may never see an official Calvin and Hobbes TV show, an animator on Ugly Americans has given us a taste of what it might've looked like. Adam Brown's 30 second animation uses Bill Watterson's actual artwork, and it is simply beautiful. Give it a watch below, and join me in wishing we could've seen a two hour version.
A concept teaser trailer for Edgar Wright’s Ant-Man leaked onto the internet early this morning, and showed fanboys a glimpse of what they can expect from a live action Ant-Man movie. The footage, while less than a minute in length, features intense action and provides an ample sampling of Ant-Man’s abilities and movement. This concept trailer originally debuted last year at Comic-Con to a very positive reception, but had been hidden from the general public until now.

The long, long road to a complete Guardians of the Galaxy cast continues, with the second bit of official news. Dave Bautista, former pro wrestler and current mixed martial arts fighter, has officially signed on to play Drax the Destroyer.
