Holy frick, this movie was so bad it was awesome. A SyFy original movie, and a very narmful one at that. Imagine Resident Evil 4 and 5, with Las Plagas replaced by genetically engineered piranhas, the story derailment of 5, and the quality of a standard SyFy original movie.

Has anyone here seen it?

No, but any movie that has the words Mega and Piranha in its title is a must-see in my book.
