Coulson Lives! Clark Gregg to Reprise His Role on 'Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D.' [NYCC]

At the Marvel Television Presents panel at New York Comic Con, Clark Gregg made a surprise appearance to announce that his character's not quite done yet. Agent Coulson is officially confirmed to be appearing in the pilot for Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D., the live-action TV series set in Marvel's cinematic universe. 

I have no idea if this means Coulson will be back for Phase Two of the feature films, or if he'll even appear on more episodes than just the first. It's enough to know that we didn't see the end of Clark Gregg's involvement after the events of The Avengers though.
