John Logan to Write Bond 24 and 25, Will Possibly Be a Two-Film Story

Earlier, we heard that Idris Elba may be in talks to take on the role of 007. Daniel Craig isn't out yet though, and the word is his run on Bond is set for another two installments. According to a report from Deadline, Skyfall co-writer John Logan is the man they've got to write them.

He'll be taking the lead following the departure of Neal Purvis and Robert Wade, who've been writing for the franchise since The World is Not Enough. Even more interestingly, the scripts are being pitched as a two-film story arc, similar to what was done with Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace.

While I wasn't a huge fan of the latter film, I think interconnected Bond films could definitely work if they're being written together with that in mind.
