Steam's Conquest Continues: Going Beyond Games to Offer "Software" Titles
Steam is beyond games. Steam is beyond humanity. STEAM IS BEYOND THE UNIVERSE. Also, Valve is planning on releasing non-game titles on the platform in the coming months. You know, like Steam Word, and steamTunes. I don't know, probably or something.
Valve says the titles range from "creativity to productivity," and will take advantage of popular Steamworks features such as "easy installation, automatic updating, and the ability to save your work to your personal Steam Cloud space."
The operation will go live on September 5th, with a gradual roll-out of titles to follow.
"The 40 million gamers frequenting Steam are interested in more than playing games," said Mark Richardson at Valve. "They have told us they would like to have more of their software on Steam, so this expansion is in response to those customer requests."
Who is they? And how can I be a they so I can tell Valve what to do?
Valve. Make me a sandwich. Then make me a Half-Life 3.

Agree with the last sentence ;)
I would also like a sandwich.
